Administration, maintenance and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD etc.) Administration and configuration of Windows client and mobile devices Support of the IT infrastructure (e.g. networks, servers, security solutions) User support for IT queries and support for users when using our IT solutions Creating and maintaining IT documentation and training employees on IT topics Harmonization of the hybrid IT environment in collaboration with external service providers Control and monitor various service providers Manage IT workstations, e.g. for onboarding and offboarding What do you bring to the table as an IT administrator?
