Your Tasks
- You will support our recruiting team in finding the best talent for the management and teaching team
- You will also assist in actively sourcing candidates through various platforms to fill the pipelines
- You will support the team with all tasks and you will take over the invitation management of our applicants
- You will work with us to develop innovative recruiting concepts for our company
Your Skills
- You are currently in an ongoing study program with a focus on business administration, social sciences or humanities
- You ideally already have some work experience through internships
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Suit
- You have a sense of responsibility as well as reliability and initiative
- You are service-oriented, flexible and a real team player
- Your profile is rounded off by your sense of humor
- You speak fluent English and German
- You are available immediately for 20 hours per week, several days per week
