Taking full ownership of your products from the first idea to the end of their life and steering them to commercial success Building clear roadmaps and business cases that earn the support of senior management and deliver measurable growth Deciding where to invest and what to stop, with a clear view on profit and not only on revenue Shaping how product management works at DCS by setting standards and showing what good looks like Inspiring and mentoring colleagues across product, engineering and commercial teams so that more people take ownership

Требования

• Solid experience in product management with real product responsibility, ideally including profit and loss (P&L) responsibility
• A commercial mindset: setting your own KPIs, focusing on profit as well as revenue and making your case to senior management
• Good understanding of technology and the confidence to work closely with engineering, commercial and marketing colleagues
• A real sense of ownership and clear communication at every level, with the ability to inspire and mentor others
• Будет плюсом: experience in e-mobility, energy or software businesses (similar industries are welcome)
