Tasks

We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Product Manager & Owner to take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from strategy to execution. In this role, you will define the product vision, lead development, and drive successful launches while actively engaging with clients.

As the face of the product, you will confidently present to clients, gather insights, and shape solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations. This is an opportunity to lead with autonomy, work on cutting-edge AI and MarTech solutions, and directly influence client success.

Key responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision : Develop and implement a clear product strategy and vision that aligns with client objectives.
• Product Development Lifecycle: Lead the entire product development process, from discovery to launch, ensuring that product concepts and solutions match and exceed client expectations.
• Market Research & Growth: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Roadmap Execution: Translate strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps, defining key initiatives and epics.
• Stakeholder Management: Secure buy-in from senior leadership and act as a bridge across different teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with AI & Data engineering, design, and architecture teams to ensure the product meets market and client demands.
• Product Ownership: Serve as the primary product manager and owner, define user stories, set and conduct acceptance criteria, manage the backlog, and ensure the product meets stakeholder expectations.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions, measure success, and refine product positioning.

Requirements

Your profile:

• Proven experience in product strategy, execution, and delivering successful launches ideally in MarTech or related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development is preferred. However, candidates with a strong portfolio and proven product management experience may also be considered.
• Strong client engagement and presentation skills , with the ability to confidently represent the product.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for emerging trends in digital products, AI, and user experience.
