Your mission
As Mid/ Senior Digital/ Domain (Marketing/ Analytics/ AI) Strategy Consultant at Digital Loop, you will play a key role in supporting clients in understanding and leveraging specific digital marketing technologies to drive sustainable digital growth. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand our client´s business challenges, gather requirements, and design tailored digital solutions that bridge the gap between marketing technologies and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Discovery & Requirements Gathering – Develop a strong understanding of our client’s business landscape, challenges, and growth objectives in the digital marketing space.
- Digital Solution Design – Gather and translate complex technical requirements in a way that resonates with high-level business decision-makers.
- Solution Implementation and Project Oversight – Act as Project Lead and work closely with internal and external technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of digital customized solutions.
- Domain Strategic Consulting – Provide domain specific (marketing/ analytics/ AI) strategic insights and recommendations on how to leverage different marketing technologies, to drive sustainable digital business growth.
- Stakeholder Management – Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical experts, translating high-level business goals

1. Business & Strategic Thinking
- Strong Business Acumen – Good understanding of business models, market trends, and strategic growth levers.
- Proactivity & Innovation – Thinking ahead, identifying opportunities for improvement, and bringing creative solutions to business challenges.
- Business Development Experience (Plus) – Ability to identify new opportunities, expand client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Experience in Marketing, Analytics, Gen AI (plus)
2. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Excellent Communication & Storytelling – Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way through written communication (e.g., Power Point slides, reports, dashboards), and verbal presentations.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, align expectations, and drive collaboration across teams.
- Fluent in German (Plus) – Preferred for engaging with German-speaking clients and teams .
3. Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
