Key responsibilities
SEO/ GEO Strategy & Optimization

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies for local and international clients.

Monitor organic visibility across traditional search engines and AI-driven answer engines.
Technical Analysis & Optimization
-
Conduct technical audits, content optimization, and performance analysis using industry-standard tools (Semrush, Sistrix, Screaming Frog etc.)
-
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including content creators, developers, and data analysts in order to ensure the seamless execution of technical audits, content optimization, and performance tracking across traditional search engines and AI-driven answer engines.
Client Consulting & Project Leadership

Provide actionable recommendations and strategic guidance to stakeholders and clients.

Manage potential leads and opportunities, ensuring clients have all necessary information and strategic insights to make confident decisions.

Lead client engagements from initial consultation through to execution, transforming potential opportunities into concrete, structured projects.
Your profile

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.

Proven track record of managing complex client engagements, leading projects end-to-end, and delivering measurable organic growth.

Strong technical SEO foundation combined with deep expertise in content optimization, AI search algorithms, and answer engines.

Demonstrated ability in lead management, client consultation, and converting strategic insights into structured project opportunities.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills in German and English.

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in industry-standard SEO tools and web analytics platforms.
