About the role:
As an Implementation Services Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the successful delivery of customer projects within our data center environments in Frankfurt am Main.
You will ensure structured management and coordination of internal teams and external partners, while delivering complex customer solutions on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
The role operates at a subregional level and covers projects across DE, AT, KR, and CH. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and international sites, making a significant contribution to customer satisfaction and project success.
Your responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of customer project delivery
- Planning and coordination of data center space and infrastructure installations
- Management of internal teams as well as external service providers and subcontractors
- Ensuring project timelines, budgets, and resource planning are met
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers during project implementation
- Conducting quality checks and acceptance processes
- Ensuring a structured handover to Operations, including documentation
- Supporting supplier selection and RFP processes
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, costs, and changes
- Coordinating multiple projects in a dynamic, business-critical environment
Your profile
- Several years of experience in data centers, construction, telecommunications, or engineering
- Solid project management skills, including budget and schedule control
- Experience managing internal teams and external partners/subcontractors
- Good understanding of technical requirements and drawings
- Confident user of MS Project and MS Office, particularly Excel and Visio
- Structured and organised working style with strong coordination skills
- Strong customer and stakeholder orientation
- Independent, solution-oriented approach, even in complex project situations
- Confident communication style and resilience in a dynamic environment
- Fluent German and English skills
