Customer Service Engineer (f/m/d)

Your role

involves troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, and escalating problems as needed. Key responsibilities include performing hands-on interventions, overseeing vendor services, supporting migrations, responding to infrastructure alerts, and occasionally acting as an Incident Manager. Precise documentation and close collaboration with the Data Center Manager are critical to ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Vocational qualification in electrotechnical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical or data center environments.
• Familiarity with HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and self-motivated.
