About the role As Manager Implementation Services (f/m/d), you lead the delivery of customer implementations within a sub-regional scope. While part of the wider DACH-Croatia organization, you are primarily responsible for Austria and Switzerland, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution, developing your team, and aligning with global standards.
Job Description What You Will Do
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Implementation Managers, and support functions
Own the successful delivery of customer implementations across AT/CH, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Plan and optimise resource allocation across the full implementation lifecycle across multiple countries
Drive alignment of processes, tools, and ways of working in line with the global operating model
Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Success to deliver seamless customer solutions
Manage external vendors and contractors, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with procurement standards
Identify process improvements, remove bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the sub-region
Support sub-regional initiatives, including operational optimisation and cross-country collaboration
What You Will Bring
Degree in engineering or a comparable technical background
7+ years of experience in implementation, project delivery, or similar roles in an international environment
Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
Strong project management expertise, including managing budgets, KPIs, and timelines
Experience in data centres, critical infrastructure, or a similar technical environment is preferred
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation and influence stakeholders across multiple countries
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Fluent in English; willingness to travel within the sub-region
