About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering project-based initiatives across the organization. This role ensures that all aspects required to achieve the defined business outcomes are identified, planned, budgeted, and agreed upon with management stakeholders.
Job Description
Projects may include technical, organizational, and/or commercial objectives. The Project Manager defines the necessary delivery structures, oversees subprojects, and manages both internal and external delivery teams throughout the lifecycle of active projects. The role is accountable for project execution in alignment with business plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of projects focused on expanding, upgrading, and renewing campus, site, and data centre infrastructure to improve operational capabilities and efficiency.
- Act as a key driver in the early project phases, including requirements gathering, business case development and approval, and detailed design through to implementation.
- Develop and manage end-to-end project structures and execution plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Plan, manage, and communicate project timelines, milestones, and updates with stakeholders and project teams.
- Collaborate closely with resources across Operations, Site Teams, and functional Service Operations departments to secure alignment on project approach and objectives.
- Act as the local German point of contact for technical, operational, and strategic matters and represent local project activities under central project leadership.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in project management within infrastructure, construction, or data centre environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple disciplines and partners.
- Fluent in English and German.
- PMP / Prince2 certification or equivalent is a plus.
