About the Role
As Project Manager Operations Compliance, you will plan and implement projects that ensure regulatory and technical standards are met. Your goal is to maintain stable and efficient operations within our data center environment. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and drive improvements in processes and compliance performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate compliance-related projects in a technical operations setting
• Act as point of contact for authorities and handle escalations on compliance issues
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
• Analyze incidents and implement corrective actions
• Support technical teams in meeting compliance requirements

Your Profile

• Experience in project management and compliance topics
• Solid technical understanding, ideally in data center operations
• Strong analytical and structured working style
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Proactive mindset, resilience, and strong ownership
• Very good written and verbal skills in English and German
