Senior Associate (m/f/d) Quality Management System

Your Role

You are a proactive, detail-oriented person who will manage and improve our internal documents and processes. In this role, you’ll coordinate audits, prepare reports, update dashboards, and lead quality projects to enhance company operations. You’ll act as a point of contact for departments on procedural matters, oversee document management within our compliance tools, and ensure that all certificates and materials displayed in offices and data centers are current.

Alongside refining processes and creating documentation, you’ll work with various departments to analyze workflows and monitor projects to meet deadlines. You’ll also organize meetings, audits, and events, and take on special projects as assigned by your manager. Your Profile

• Experience with management systems (at least 3 years)
• Expertise and experience in auditing
• Expert in understanding processes (analysis and structures) and documentation
• Experienced in using various software tools
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visio or an equivalent alternative is an advantage
