Chief Technology Officer

CTO | Development, AI, B2B SaaS, Tech Leadership | Berlin

An international tech company in Germany is seeking a CTO with solid technical expertise and previous team leadership experience. They aim to provide their clients with the best possible platform and need a strong leader to guide their developers, AI engineers, and DevOps team. The company is looking for a highly technical leader to join as the Head of Engineering, managing projects, platform, and team, while making strategic technical decisions aligned with business needs.

Skills and experience required for this position:

• Previous experience in technical and personnel management
• Deep understanding of AI / ML
• Experience with B2B SaaS products is essential
• Proficiency in development languages such as Python, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and AI technology trends
• Confidence in leading projects from a technical perspective
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English
