Make an Impact by:

  • Owning the accounts receivable process for all incoming payments and business lines

  • Managing and improving Autobank and allocation rules

  • Independently reviewing and clarifying customer accounts, including credit notes and repayments

  • Controlling and monitoring incoming payments and payment allocation

  • Performing monthly reconciliation of subledger and ledger

  • Supporting month-end close processes, including refunds and write-offs

  • Cooperating with Customer Service, Sales, and Key Account Management departments, and communicating with customers in clarification cases

  • Collaborating closely with other finance departments

  • Handling various special tasks as required (e.g., integration of new companies into SAP, process optimization)

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in an international company, or a Bachelor in Business Administration with majors in Finance and Accounting

  • Professional experience in accounting, ideally in accounts receivables and/or collections

  • Solid HGB knowledge; IFRS knowledge is a plus

  • High social competence

  • Negotiation and decision-making skills, strong communication skills

  • Conflict and stress tolerance, especially in cooperation with customers

  • Solid SAP knowledge and confident use of MS Office, Jira, and Confluence

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous
