Senior Manager Process Excellence (f/m/d)

Your mission

Join our team at Digital Charging Solutions, an industry leader in eMobility services, where innovation and excellence drive our mission to revolutionize the driver journey . We are seeking a dedicated Senior Manager Process Excellence to lead our efforts in building and developing a center of excellence that drives process management throughout the entire organization.

As the Senior Manager Process Excellence, you will own and develop process excellence initiatives across the organization. Your role will involve setting and ensuring standards, steering process performance against key performance indicators ( KPIs ) and spearheading improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Take charge of the center of excellence for Process Excellence across the entire company

• Act as a focal point of process excellence within the organization, leveraging methodologies and best practices

• Drive the standardization of process management, emphasizing automation, scalability, transparency, and a mindset of process excellence

• Build and disseminate knowledge on Business Process Management (BPM) methods and tools, train employees, and further develop our standardized approach to BPM

• Build and manage our DCS process landscape, initiate and oversee documentation activities, and derive action items at both company and team levels

• Identify and initiate process improvement activities, steering their execution with guidance and hands-on support

• Provide coaching and support to teams to help develop their process management skills and mindset

• Identify and integrate checks, controls, and KPIs to comply with audit requirements

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field

• At least 5-7 years of experience in a leading role in Process Excellence with a proven track record in steering and developing automated processes at scale. Business process consulting experience is a plus

• Vocational training in Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement methodologies , such as Lean Six Sigma, is highly desirable

• Proven experience in Process Management at scale, preferably in IT-driven organizations such as eCommerce, mobility, or service industries

• Excellent process and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation in a challenging IT and services environment

• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders effectively

• Excellent communication skills in English, and preferably German, with strong interpersonal abilities

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a self-driven, structured, and analytical working style

• Proficiency in MS Office, Atlassian Suite, and process management tools such as Visio, Signavio , Draw.io, or similar
