Responsibilities

1. User Stories & Backlog : Learn to write good User Stories & Epics and organize them in the backlog.
2. Product- & User Experience Design : Understand usability & UX design, develop prototypes, and communicate with UX designers.
3. Steering Development Teams : Manage teams using Scrum or Kanban, understand ceremonies like Daily, Planning, Grooming, etc.
4. Testing & Quality Assurance : Test software products and organize the deployment process.
5. Product Vision & Stakeholder Communication : Develop product visions and communicate goals within the company.
6. Tracking & Data Analysis : Monitor product success through KPIs and metrics.
