- Steering Development Teams : Manage teams using Scrum or Kanban, understand ceremonies like Daily, Planning, Grooming, etc.
- Testing & Quality Assurance : Test software products and organize the deployment process.
- Product Vision & Stakeholder Communication : Develop product visions and communicate goals within the company.
- Tracking & Data Analysis : Monitor product success through KPIs and metrics.
