Responsibilities

1. Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop ideas and visualize them through wireframes and interactive prototypes to test and optimize with users.
2. Produkt- & User Experience Design: Design the user interface and experience, creating prototypes and designs that demonstrate the product\’s look and functionality.
3. Tracking & Analyse: Monitor how users interact with the product to assess and improve the design based on data.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, stakeholders, and team members to create user-centered solutions.
5. User Research & Nutzer: Conduct research using interviews, surveys, and data analysis to understand user needs and create personas and customer journeys.
6. Usability Tests & Design-Optimierung: Plan and execute usability tests, analyze results, and refine designs for usability and intuitiveness.

Qualifications

• Passion for design and technology, and interest in shaping digital experiences.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Experience or interest in agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and persuade stakeholders.
• Proactive, creative, pragmatic, and eager to learn.
• Strong sense of user needs and solutions that make a difference.
• Curious and innovative approach to complex problems.
