Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Role Overview

As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders and our Lead Architect in ServiceNow to gather requirements, design ServiceNow solutions, and support the successful implementation in our projects. You will work in a client-facing position, joining already in the pre-sales phase the account team in order to design the most optimal solution for the client and later deliver it in an implementation project together with experienced ServiceNow consultants.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions aligned with organizational goals and best practices.
• Design and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, catalogs, and dashboards to support business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (3+ years) or a similar ServiceNow-focused role
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and core modules, particularly ITSM, CSM and FSM
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and IT service management processes are of advantage
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery methodologies
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams and drive consensus among stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and Certified Application Developer (CA) are preferred
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
