About the Role:
DIGITEC, a leader in Foreign Exchange SaaS specializing in Swaps, NDF, and Money Markets, is hiring a Business Development & Sales Operations – Data Solutions Manager (all genders).
With data solutions becoming central to our offerings, we provide clients with automated workflows and data management. Our Swaps Data Feed, developed with 360T (Deutsche Börse), is the industry standard. Additionally, we are identifying untapped market and product opportunities based on our data and technology.
In this role, you’ll report directly to the CRO and drive strategic sales operations and growth opportunities. Close collaboration with a Product Manager in Market Data, focused on product development, will be key to your success.
Skills and experiences we‘re interested in
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify go-to-market and growth strategies for new and existing offerings, including territory planning, sales forecasting, and pricing.
- Build strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and vendors to enhance our data offerings.
- Explore market trends and new customer segments to stay competitive and distinguish yourself as a thought leader and pioneer for data offerings.
- Design a comprehensive information system to promote transparency and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Focus on contracts, service quality, and controlling by acting as the main point of contact for data-related client setups.
- Implement efficient processes for tracking, reporting, and managing data- and volume-based solutions.
- Facilitate sales enablement for our data products by collaborating with the marketing team to create and provide relevant materials.
- Collaborate with the Data Product Owner to create a unified data solutions strategy and roadmap.
Preferred qualifications
- Extensive experience in FinTech, financial services, or a market data environment. Enterprise sales and stakeholder management experience is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of the institutional FX market and its landscape.
- Proven experience with data-related SaaS solutions, including connectivity and market data feeds.
- Track record of developing effective long-term growth plans.
- Experience in business development and sales operations.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in this newly created role.
- Strong and structured communication skills for knowledge sharing and establishing clear processes across the organization.
- Basic understanding of data aggregation and delivery systems.
- Experience in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
