ppJoin a digital solutions team building the cloud services behind IoT products that are sold globally. /p pThis is a newly created role with clear ownership: you will take responsibility for the DevOps work currently shared by the development team, enabling them to focus on product delivery while you strengthen the platform's reliability, security and delivery capability. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn and continuously improve the DevOps capability for an established AWS cloud platform. /li liManage kubernetes containerisation, deployments, release activity and supporting test processes across the platform. /li liKeep services, libraries and tooling current, planning upgrades and replacing obsolete components before they become risks. /li liMonitor and improve platform stability, availability and security, and respond effectively to incidents and urgent third level support needs. /li liMake delivery more repeatable and efficient by improving automation, operational practices and the handover between development and production. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liHands on experience operating cloud based production systems, including containerised applications, deployments, monitoring, security and incident response. /li liAWS experience is preferred. Deep Azure experience is also welcome if you are ready to transfer your knowledge to AWS /li liA practical understanding of software delivery and the ability to work effectively with developers, APIs, integrations and connected products. /li liA relevant degree or equivalent depth of professional experience. /li liProfessional English is essential because team meetings and documentation are in English.
