Junior Consultant Digital Analytics (m/f/d) for Hamburg

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our team as a Junior Digital Analytics Consultant with a focus on Google Marketing Platform tools. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing field of digital analytics, work with industry-leading tools, and collaborate with experienced consultants on impactful projects.

Tasks

1. Assist in implementing and configuring Google Analytics (GA4) for client websites and applications.
2. Support the creation and maintenance of tracking plans, ensuring comprehensive data capture for web and app interactions.
3. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement requirements.
4. Conduct data validation and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy in analytics reporting.
5. Work with Google Tag Manager (GTM) to deploy and manage tracking tags.
6. Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and insights for stakeholders using tools like Google Looker Studio , Spreadsheets, or other BI platforms.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Google Analytics and digital analytics.

Qualifications

1. Graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or similar).
2. Basic understanding of web analytics, particularly Google Analytics (Universal Analytics or GA4) .
3. Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or web development concepts is a plus.
4. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager is advantageous but optional.
5. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
7. English fluency is mandatory.
