Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, etc., with a focus on driving conversions and maximizing ROI.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive insights to inform campaign strategy.
  3. Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and copywriting that resonate with our target audience and drive action.
  5. Implement and manage advanced tracking and attribution methodologies to accurately measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, ecommerce, and performance advertising.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and analytics to align strategies and drive overall business objectives.
  8. Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, KPIs, and actionable recommendations for optimization.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience (2-4 years) in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and media buying.
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on ecommerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
  3. Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  6. Creative mindset with strong copywriting skills and the ability to develop engaging ad creatives and marketing content.
  7. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
