Senior Operations & Customer Service Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an applicant for a permanent position to support our public spaces team in Berlin as soon as possible as a Senior Operations & Customer Service Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities

  • You coordinate internal processes, assign tasks, and oversee the technical and commercial execution of projects and service operations to ensure seamless operations.
  • You independently support and advise customers on technical and commercial matters, monitor service contracts, and handle customer inquiries in support, while also managing escalation processes.
  • You ensure the quality, availability, and reliability of service performance by monitoring customer complaints, maintenance orders, and the deployed products and systems.
  • Your responsibilities also include analyzing and resolving complex technical issues, performing system engineering, and creating technical concept solutions as well as project-specific documentation.
  • You support the sales team by providing technical expertise in analyzing requirements and contributing to offers and tenders.

What you bring along

  • A completed technical degree or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in technical project management, service coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, firmware, and system integration.
  • Customer orientation, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A structured and independent way of working.
  • Very good German and solid English skills.
