V.I.E - Project Manager Operations - Private Wealth Management

This VIE position based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, is for young graduates looking for an international experience in a strong growing finance group during a 12 months assignment (renewable).

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.

You will integrate a team working on Group COO PWM Risk & Internal Control. We are a diverse team of 6 people from Junior to well experienced. Our key value is team spirit as it comes along with trust, passion and success. Risk & Internal Control builds the interface between the Private Wealth Management, that plays responsible for our private customers, and the central departments such as tax, Operational Risk Management, Project Management, Legal, Credit, Product Management, Compliance, and many more. Ensuring the alignment of our business activities with the regulatory requirements is one of our main goals.

During the VIE, you will have the following missions:

• Initiation, preparation, and support of group-wide projects in the area of regulatory topics, especially for MiFID II
• Process optimization and organization
• Support of PWM units and branches and other group-wide teams
• Responsibility for all relevant activities of maintaining the PWM internal website as administrator
• Optimization and adaptation of business processes in cooperation with the business units

Minimum Requirements:

• Successfully completed university studies in economics, natural sciences, or engineering
• Initial experience in project work
• Preferably knowledge of regulatory environment MiFID II, FATCA, QI
• High level of process understanding
• Highly service-oriented
• Well organized and independently working
• Competent appearance combined with very good verbal and written expression skills
• Fluent knowledge of the English and German language
