We are looking for you to strengthen our team for the position of
Product Manager Pre-dough / DIOstart (m/f/d)
Objectives of this role:

  • technological, sales-oriented consulting of new and existing customers
  • Proactive expansion of activities as well as further development of the product portfolio in the area of starter cultures
  • Further development of the starter dough systems in cooperation with the technical departments
  • Interface to marketing & sales
  • Continuous market and competition analysis
  • Support in carrying out customer tests in our technical center in Osnabrück
  • Support in marketing activities, implementation of seminars/webinars as well as participation in trade fairs with the aim of customer acquisition
  • Internal training with regard to bakery technology topics
    Responsibilities:
  • Successfully completed training as a baker or food technology specialist
  • Experience in a large bakery or food industry
  • Good raw material, product and processing knowledge
  • Good knowledge of production processes, equipment and process technology
  • Knowledge of food law and hygiene regulations
  • Knowledge of the market environment, competition and business contexts
  • Written and spoken English skills and willingness to travel internationally on business trips
  • Structured, independent, proactive way of working
  • Strong communication skills and initiative
  • Experience in sales, distribution or field service desirable
  • Master’s degree as a baker or confectioner desirable
