To strengthen our Production Planning department at the Osnabrück site, we are looking for the following person to start as soon as possible.
Objectives on this role:
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team
- Creation of production orders for production planning, as well as ensuring the availability of all required materials
- Monitoring and control of production output
- Training and further education (qualification) of the employees
- Rough and detailed planning of the allocation of machines and equipment in the production area
- Coordination of the required machine capacities, personnel capacities and material requirements with the adjacent areas of sales, materials management, development, technology and the respective area management
- Continuous improvement of process flows from customer order to shipment
- Establishment of a transparent production/project controlling system
Responsibilities:
- Completed studies in the field of business administration or industrial engineering or comparable training with corresponding professional experience in the production planning area
- Distinct planning and analytical thinking skills
- Experience in managing and leading a team desirable
- Confident handling of MS Excel and experience with SQL programming desirable
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems an advantage
- Very good communication skills, paired with assertiveness and a structured independent way of working
