To strengthen our service department at the Osnabrück site, we are looking for the following person to start as soon as possible.
Objectives of this role:
- First contact person for our customers at home and abroad for all service questions
- Development of solutions for technical problems
- Ensuring plant availability in cooperation with internal departments
- Preparation of quotations for spare parts, service products and service contracts
- Proactive quotation follow-up
- Proactive participation in achieving the budgeted order intake
- Handling of complaints and warranty claims
- Processing of project supplements following final acceptance
- Support in the planning and coordination of service calls
- Support in the further development of our service products
Responsibilities:
- Completed technical training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic
- Further training as a technician or master craftsman in electrical engineering or mechatronics desirable
- Ideally experience in the field of machines and plants
- Confident use of MS Office and ERP software (proAlpha would be an advantage)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Distinct service orientation and reliability
- Confident and friendly appearance towards customers
- Self-initiative as well as team and communication skills

- General conditions: 40 hrs. week, performance-based remuneration in accordance with the IG-Metall collective wage agreement with 30 days annual vacation, vacation and Christmas bonuses as well as additional pay in accordance with the collective wage agreement and a supplement to the metalworking pension after the probationary period.
