To strengthen our financial accounting department at the Osnabrück site, we are looking for the following person to start as soon as possible
Team Leader Financial Accounting (m/f/d)
Objectives of this role:

• Technical management of the financial accounting department
• Technical coordination of the five subsidiaries in Germany and abroad.
• Independent preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Independent preparation of advance sales tax returns and support in the preparation of income tax returns
• Coordination and monitoring of day-to-day operations
• Contact person for employees, auditors, tax consultants and tax auditors
• Further development and optimization of commercial processes and interfaces to other departments
• Support of the commercial manager in day-to-day business and professional development of the team
  Responsibilities:
• Successfully completed commercial studies or completed commercial training and/or further training as a financial accountant or balance sheet accountant.
• Experience in operational financial accounting and very good knowledge of commercial law (HGB) Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP is not a must, but would be an advantage. Interest in participating in and implementing projects
• Independence, commitment and willingness to learn as well as structured way of working
• Very good English skills and IT affinity (MS-Office, ERP systems) complete your profile
