- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain transformation projects while ensuring strong adoption across stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, and cross‑functional teams to align business requirements, operational constraints, and technical considerations.
- Translate technical discussions and requirements into structured, actionable project plans and high‑quality deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensure adherence to defined scope and objectives.
- Identify potential risks early, develop robust mitigation strategies, and proactively address project challenges.
- Provide clear, concise, and consistent communication of project progress, issues, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.
- Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within technology-driven or transformation-focused environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Share Point, and MS Project.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience working in supply chain or manufacturing‑related environments.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of APQC best practices for business process optimization and standardization.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
