Tasks in our company:

• Monitoring the production process
• Ensuring that all products meet uniform standards
• You will program coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) to measure parts and components according to design specifications using software programs.
• You will carry out routine maintenance and calibration work on CMMs as required.
• Ensure CMM is always operating at optimum capacity in terms of accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the engineering, quality control and production teams
• Assist in finding solutions to quality issues.
• Complete inspection documentation and report discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Profile:

• Completed professional training (in the fields of metal or plastics)
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a CMM operator.
• Expert knowledge of CMM programming and use of relevant software applications
• Ability to interpret blueprints and geometric dimensioning and tolerance symbols.
• Reliable team player
• Analytical skills and the experience to recognize errors and find solutions to problems.
