Tasks in our company:

• As part of our engineering team, you will contribute to the development of solutions for troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• You will develop strategies to eliminate persistent sources of error
• Contribute to systematic quality improvement
• In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products always meet the highest quality standards and function reliably.
• As a seasoned personality, you will bring your strong quality awareness to the team and confidently apply your experience in quality assurance.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that quality remains in focus at every stage of production and that processes evolve
• Preparation of test reports, analyses and statistics on quality development in the company
• Creation of test plans, test instructions and test procedures to ensure compliance with required quality characteristics
• Implementation and further development of existing quality standards
• Introduction of new or modified test procedures
• Helping to ensure compliance with quality parameters and deciding on the use of production systems
• Participating in the development of project-related quality assurance programs
• Instructing employees on the subject of quality assurance
• Supporting the planning of internal and external audits
• Supporting a fixed customer base with regard to quality

Profile:

• Completed engineering studies or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a comparable position in quality management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat)
• Experienced in the use of common quality tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Independent, careful, structured and performance-oriented way of working
• Committed work in a qualified, multidisciplinary, highly motivated team with diverse international contacts
• Very good written and spoken German and advanced English skills
