Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated, professional support to our existing customer base within your assigned region.
- Identify and win new business partners through targeted outreach and independent market research.
- Actively promote and expand the sales of our premium products, contributing to long-term business growth.
- Represent the company confidently and professionally at trade shows, industry events, and workshops.
- Manage the full sales cycle independently—from preparing offers and following up to successfully closing contracts.
- Use key sales metrics to generate valuable insights and support hospital decision‑makers.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer information in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Completed training in health and nursing, ideally with additional qualifications in intensive care or anaesthesia.
- Several years of experience in hospital sales, medical device field service, or as a product specialist in intensive care/anaesthesia.
- Strong professional presence paired with excellent communication skills—capable of clearly conveying complex product information.
- Highly customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving abilities and a service‑driven mindset.
- Organized, independent work style with the ability to stay composed and effective in fast‑paced situations.
- Solid technical understanding and quick adaptability to new products and systems.
- Willingness to travel within the region and flexibility regarding appointments and customer visits.
- Confident use of MS Office, fluent German, and good English skills.
