We are looking for an experienced MSAT professional to provide technical expertise across upstream bioprocessing and support the transfer, scale-up and optimisation of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- MSc/PhD preferred in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 3–8 years’ experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, MSAT or process engineering.
- Strong experience with mammalian cell culture and large-scale bioreactor operations.
- Experience with process scale-up/scale-down, technology transfer and process optimisation.
- Knowledge of media/feed optimisation and bioreactor process parameters.
- Experience supporting PPQ, process characterisation and commercial manufacturing.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause investigation skills.
- Understanding of SPC, data analysis and process monitoring.
- Good knowledge of GMP requirements and regulatory expectations.
- Strong English communication skills; German is advantageous.
