We have partnered with an exciting company in dental medical implants, providing innovative solutions to improve patient care and dental practice efficiency. We are seeking an experienced professional to join as a Head of Inside Sales to drive revenue growth and lead their sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Transform the current customer service model into a proactive inside sales and customer success approach.
- Collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team to design and refine the new strategy.
- Develop sub-processes and define responsibilities across the entire sales funnel in partnership with the leadership team.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing inside sales team.
- Define, establish, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the sales funnel.
- Develop and implement standardized global operating procedures (SOPs) across key regions (USA, DACH, ROW) in alignment with regional managers.
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed commercial university education (university degree, technical college, or equivalent further training).
- Several years of experience leading an inside sales team in the B2B sector; experience in medical technology is a plus.
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and proven leadership skills.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Resilient and highly motivated.
- Demonstrated success in supporting inside sales through measurable KPIs.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Excellent German language skills and good proficiency in spoken and written English.
