Team Lead Logistics
The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on logistics professional to build and lead the logistics function within a growing biopharmaceutical organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, including goods receipt, storage, material movements and shipments.
- Ensure GMP compliance, material traceability, segregation and inventory accuracy.
- Manage logistics providers, freight forwarders and international shipments.
- Develop SOPs, processes, KPIs and warehouse structures to support future growth.
- Support ERP/WMS implementation and digitalisation of logistics processes.
- Manage deviations and investigations relating to logistics activities.
- Build, lead and develop the logistics team.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality and Production.
Profile:
- Several years' experience in logistics, warehousing or material management.
- Experience in pharma, biotech, medtech or another regulated industry is advantageous.
- Previous leadership or team coordination experience.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and material flows.
- ERP/WMS and international logistics experience is beneficial.
- Hands-on, structured and comfortable building processes from the ground up.
- Very good German and working English.
