Job Summary:

We have partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company from development to commercial manufacturing. We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support business growth and operational excellence within our operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analysing market trends, optimizing business processes, and supporting strategic initiatives to drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist in developing and implementing long-term business strategies aligned with company goals.
  2. Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to support data-driven decision-making.
  3. Operational Efficiency: Identify process improvement opportunities within manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations.
  4. Financial & Business Modelling: Develop forecasts, business models, and financial projections to evaluate growth opportunities and risks.
  5. S&OP Coordination: Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning.
  6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with business development, operations, R&D, and finance teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Track and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
  8. Risk Management: Identify potential business risks and provide mitigation strategies to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or consulting within the pharmaceutical/CDMO industry.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in market research, financial modelling, and forecasting.
  4. Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and their impact on supply chain and business strategy.
  5. Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory requirements, and supply chain operations is a plus.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with senior management and stakeholders.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
