The Project Management Associate is supporting clinical trial project managers in their routine and non-routine work. This includes assistance in the project setup in Labware LIMS, collection of reports and signatures, assistance with evaluations with pathologists, support with database exports and QC or the support in the preparation of sample shipments or sample destruction upon request.
Key Responsibilities:
- Format revision of project plans, SOWs, analytical plans and related documents
- Support in Labware LIMS setup, including Workflow setup or GUI configuration
- Performance Qualifications of project configurations in Labware LIMS
- Assistance for the pathologist for data entry
- Collection and preparation of data for project reports
- Support in Labware LIMS database exports or retrieval of individual information requested by internal or externals upon request
- Quality check of data and reports
- Invoice / Budget reconciliation
- Support in audits / monitoring visits / inspections preparation
- Support in project setup and controlling efforts via the project management software
- Collection of signatures and preparation of binders
- Support in KPI charts
- Project specific orders
- Support in project closure and document filing
- Preparation of sample inventories
- Preparation and initiation of sample shipments and destruction upon request
Qualifications / Experience:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a clinical trial, laboratory, or pharmaceutical environment is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of clinical trial processes and laboratory workflows.
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), preferably LabWare LIMS, is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a project team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with pathologists and project managers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in handling and organizing data.
- Willingness to take on routine as well as ad-hoc tasks in a dynamic project environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
