Your environment: The Disneyland Paris Customer Relations Center (CRC) has over 450 employees dedicated to Sales and Customer Relations. Our team communicates in 7 different languages (French, English, Dutch, German , Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese) via phone, email, and social networks. We are currently looking for talent for the German market .
Your Role: As a Booking Advisor, you will embody Disney magic through various communication channels to support and enhance the experience of Disneyland Paris visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying the needs of visitors and travel agents.
- Advising and informing them in German and/or English.
- Provide personalized sales solutions.
Your daily tasks:
- Telecommuting: Possible from Metropolitan France, up to a maximum of 10 days per month.
- Available positions: Permanent contracts.
- Next integration dates: December 1st 2024.
- Work schedule:
- Alternating between 31-hour weeks (3 days off) and 39-hour weeks (2 days off).
- Working hours: 9am to 7:30pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 6:30pm on Saturday. No work on Sunday.
- Compensation: Fixed + variable remuneration.
