Aufgaben Exciting tasks await you: As a member of the central Group BCM team and on a groupwide level You will actively implement the BCM lifecycle and work together with different department und business units.

You are responsible to prepare, implement and follow up control activities in the framework of business impact analyses, risk assessments, emergency plans as well as test/ exercise performance.

You actively and independently support and advise in projects concerning emergency mgmt. and response.

You further develop and improve BCM system and processes.

You manage and develop the business continuity governance.

You report to the management and regulators You work closely and cooperate with other functions such as IT/ ITSCM, ICT Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Process Management.

You coordinate and support in the crisis management.

You are responsible for the implementation of training and awareness-raising measures on BCM.

You help to digitize, automize our processes also with the help of identifying and implementing AI – use cases Profil That's what inspires us about you: University degree, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, Information Technology or a comparable field First knowledge or strong interest in business continuity, risk or crisis management Strong analytical skills including data analytics Good knowledge of regulatory requirements (e. g.
