The Spa at Club Med has a little something extra. We have chosen to entrust you with these moments of well-being alongside the biggest names in spa and beauty: Sothys, Cinq Mondes, Comfort Zone, Mandara Spa, Payot.
You will be trained in the treatment protocol and in the sale of products from our major brands. These trainings, materialized by a certificate, are recognized by the professionals of the well-being. The world opens up to you!
You are:
- Attentive, you offer a personalized service and a unique experience to each customer.
- Relaxing, you give off a Zen attitude and thanks to you time seems to stop.
- Challenger / Performer, you like to take on new challenges to develop the Spa’s turnover (products and services) and guarantee the satisfaction of our customers.
You will:
- Develop yourself by benefiting from professional training on the protocols of renowned brands such as Sothys, Cinq Mondes or Payot.
- Assist the Spa Manager in the organization and management of the spa.
- Welcome the clients and organize the planning of their treatments.
- Ensure the promotion, advice, and sales of the treatments and beauty products to develop the Spa’s turnover.
- Carry out different types of beauty massages (Californian, Ayurvedic, hot stones, Balinese) according to the brand procedures with which Club Med works.
- Guarantee the quality of our services, the satisfaction of our clients, and their loyalty.
- Control and monitor the level of training of the spa team.
- Ensure the Club Med standards and respect hygiene and safety rules.
- Promote your activity within the Village.
