Not a bad start for an Audit Senior role.
This is a specialist CPA firm that's figured out something surprisingly useful.
When you do a high volume of similar audits, you can actually build proper processes around them.
So instead of reinventing the audit every Monday morning, you'll work on smaller, repeatable engagements with good technology, offshore support and a team that knows how the work should flow.
You’ll own engagements from planning through completion, have direct client contact and review and coach Staff.
You’ll still get your hands dirty with the more complex work too. This isn't one of those Senior roles where you spend your entire life clearing review notes and updating trackers.
The clients are predominantly community associations.
Never audited one?
That's fine.
Experience with Nonprofit, Single Audit, governmental or Employee Benefit Plan audits can translate really well. They're more interested in whether you can juggle multiple engagements, review Staff and get good work out the door.

Great if you have it. Not a requirement if you don't.
