Your main tasks & responsibilities:

In the role of HR Coordinator you will be the first point of call for all location HR queries, providing relevant People information to the business. On a daily basis, you will support the HR function with all administration and transactional processes.

  • Communication with external service providers such as cleaning service, stationery shops, catering providers, hotels, etc.;
  • Produce and supervise all People documentation in a timely manner including reference requests, variations to contracts, promotions, etc.
  • Creating and distributing HR related information;
  • Providing advice to employees and management in relation to HR policies and procedures and all general queries;
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding experience – advertising roles, overseeing selection processes, drafting new starter documentation including contracts, conducting the HR induction and liaising with IT
  • Organization of the office environment improvement projects;
  • Event planning and organization;
  • Supervising/purchasing office related goods, snacks, beverages, cartridges, cables, contacts, office stationary, etc.
  • Supervising correspondence including package logistics to/from Riga office;
  • Full organization and management of attendance in Employer branding events such as "Career days".

Skills & Competencies we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with strong sense of self-management and self-motivation for success.

  • Desire to progress a career within HR;
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in Latvian and English;
  • Strong communication skills in order to interface with employees and managers at all levels, and handle sensitive issues;
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness;
  • Ability to challenge others when necessary;
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, setting priorities, planning and coordination skills;
  • Previous experience within HR.
