The team is composed of 26 people and has 32 machines, all in a high-tech environment.Main tasks- Program and improve machining cycles via software- Ensure the setting as well as the production of our tools on 5 and 6-axis CNC machines- Guarantee excellence by controlling the conformity of the tools producedYour profile- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in Micromechanics- A diploma from a technical college is a plus- Proven experience in machining or the production of cutting tools (ideally 3 years of experience)- Good knowledge of CNC machines and/or mastery of VGPro software- Knowledge of machines is a serious asset; experience in the training of young micromechanics is also a plus- Willing to work in a team (2x8 shifts)- Good command of French- Methodical and structured, you are solution-oriented and appreciate teamworkWe offer youA stable position, the social benefits of a large company, a salary adapted to the skills and requirements of the position, and the opportunity to join a company attached to its values and traditions, in a pleasant and dynamic work environment.
