Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing, the Integrated Marketing Manager-Consumer Engagement is responsible for strategizing, creating, and managing branded content that works to build awareness of and drive engagement with the Dixon Ticonderoga portfolio of brands. This role is accountable for developing, planning, and executing annual marketing programs for assigned brands, ensuring campaign strategies are effectively implemented across channels and delivering recommendations to optimize brand performance and achieve business objectives.
The role will work to identify initiatives and content needs for assigned brands and will work closely with internal and agency teams to create best in-class content and experiences on our owned, paid, and social media channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Needs Identification
- Partner with product managers and other stakeholders to gather input and develop annual marketing programs that support brand, category, and business objectives. Define content and promotional strategies to support the brands and products.
- Optimize content and strategies by evaluating past work to identify drivers of success and failure. Provide strategic recommendations for assigned brands based on performance and business priorities.
- Ideate content executions in support of various brand products and programs, in alignment with brand guidelines and in a manner that helps us to achieve our brands’ goals.
- Monitor media trends to generate new ideas for our business and adapt ideas to engage with a variety of target audiences.
- Content Development
- Ideate imagery and write copy for marketing channels such as website, blogs, social media strategy and post content, email, digital ads, paid social ads, and ecommerce.
- Ensure visual and written content reflect the brand image and voice across all touchpoints.
- Develop content strategies and creative recommendations that support annual marketing programs and key business initiatives.
- Adapt content to specific strategies and needs across various channels to maximize impact.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure all outputs align with brand strategies, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with product managers and category experts to guide idea development.
- Present concepts to project stakeholders and marketing/creative leadership with clarity and conviction.
- Carefully orchestrate and maintain the content calendars across our portfolio of brands.
- Lead day-to-day execution of integrated marketing initiatives for assigned brands across owned, earned, paid, retail, and social channels.
- Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate cross-functional resources and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with approved marketing plans.
- Ensure that work and access control is properly maintained within our asset management systems. (e.g., DAM, PIM, etc.)
- Campaign Performance & Brand Stewardship
- Own marketing campaign reporting and performance analysis for assigned brands.
- Track and evaluate campaign KPIs, engagement metrics, traffic, conversions, and other relevant performance indicators.
- Monitor performance and proactively identify risks, gaps, or optimization opportunities throughout implementation.
- Develop and present campaign recaps, performance insights, and recommendations to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Recommend adjustments to marketing programs, content strategies, and channel investments to improve effectiveness and return on investment.
- Serve as a key marketing steward for assigned brands, ensuring all campaign activities support brand positioning, messaging, and business goals.

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related field
- Demonstrated time and project management skills; ability to manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously and drive projects from planning through execution and measurement.
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and annual marketing plans.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance data and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven work experience that spans the entire content lifecycle, and proven copy writing skills across a variety of channels.
- Experience with a wide range of platforms and tools, including social management systems such as Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience working with asset management systems such as Salsify or Adobe, etc. (DAM, PIM)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Highly proficient in MS suite
- Familiarity with national retailer e-commerce systems
- Basic online publishing knowledge
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) including providing agency feedback
