Warehousing & Fulfillment Manager (Europe Region)

DJI is the global leader in developing and manufacturing innovative drones and camera technology for commercial and recreational use.

We are looking for an experienced Warehousing & Fulfillment Manager (Europe Region) to join our team and lead regional fulfillment excellence in Europe.

In this role, you will own end-to-end warehousing and delivery performance, elevate distribution and last-mile network design, and ensure operations meet the highest standards of cost efficiency, service quality, and regulatory compliance.

Working closely with carriers, 3PL partners, and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in scaling sustainable growth and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Job Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver local logistics fulfillment goals and strategies across Europe; optimize distribution networks, fulfillment models, and last-mile solutions; identify delivery risks and ensure service performance.
• Manage partnerships with parcel carriers and 3PL providers; take ownership of end-to-end vendor management, including selection, performance governance, and offboarding.
• Identify abnormal cost drivers and continuously drive automation and process optimization initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure regional fulfillment operations comply with EU customs requirements and all applicable transportation regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or related majors preferred; 5+ years of local work experience in Europe.
• Experience in large international or overseas-expanding companies; strong knowledge of local European supplier ecosystems; solid expertise in warehousing and transportation operations.
• Good understanding of dangerous goods (DG) regulations and compliance.
• English as a working language; additional European language(s) are a plus.
