As a Mid-Level Backend Developer (Kotlin & Spring Boot), you’ll be part of a collaborative team where your work directly impacts the products our customers use daily. You’ll build new features, optimize for performance, and help us grow a backend that’s reliable, scalable, and easy to evolve.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the conceptualization, development and automated testing of a scalable APIs.
- Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Participate in ongoing maintenance and enhancement of software systems.
- Ensure software quality through testing and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to supplement our perpetual quest for betterment.
Qualifications
- You have at least 3 years experience in development using Kotlin.
- You have experience with a diverse set of tools (e.g. Spring Boot, Hibernate ORM, PostgreSQL or Oracle).
- You’re a go-getter: you are passionate about developing great products and self-learning.
- You have a formal education in computer science? Cool. You don\’t? Also cool, tell us your story.
- You’ve had experience working with agile workflows.
- Bonus: Startup and/or Finance background.
- Bonus: Experience with Kafka.
- You\’re passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!
