Product Owner – Microsoft Power Platform (m/w/d)

Join us at DKB Service GmbH for this Product Owner role focused on the Microsoft Power Platform. Working in Berlin, this full‑time position (38h/w) is permanent and starts immediately.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end responsibility for the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages.
• Prioritize the backlog based on Impact, Data and Outcome‑KPI.
• Coordinate operations and continuous development with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure the platform remains available, performant and secure.
• Guide governance and standards for Security, Compliance and Citizen Development.
• Empower business units to employ the platform responsibly.
• Measure success through KPIs, SLAs and quality metrics and continually improve the service.
• Manage budget, licenses and efficient resource usage.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power Platform or comparable low‑code/automation platforms.
• Affinity for modern IT architectures, interfaces, automation logic and security fundamentals.
• Background as a Product Owner, Service Owner or in technical project/program management.
• Decisiveness based on outcomes with clear justification of Impact.
• Excellent communication, moderating confidence and navigating between Business and IT.
• Structured, self‑responsible work style with high quality standards.
• Fluent in German, English and metrics.
