Your role at DKV Mobility involves driving data‑based decision‑making within marketing, analyzing complex data across the customer journey, and generating actionable insights to optimize marketing activities.
What you can expect
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will play an active role in driving the company’s growth by evaluating marketing performance and providing data‑driven recommendations for campaign management and budget allocation.
- Analyze complex data across the entire customer journey, generate meaningful insights, and derive actionable recommendations.
- Analyze, interpret, and visualize complex marketing, campaign, and customer data (e.g., paid media, website, CRM, sales).
- Design, build, and continuously improve reports, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to steer marketing performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities (e.g., ROI, CAC, conversion rates, attribution) and derive optimization actions.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses (e.g., funnel, cohort, and customer journey analyses) to identify growth opportunities.
- Take ownership of data quality, tracking logic, and validation of data sources; collaborate closely with Data Engineering to develop data models and interfaces.
- Design and analyze A/B tests and statistical tests to support decision‑making and maintain interfaces within the marketing data warehouse.
- Leverage AI‑based models for segmentation, forecasting, optimization, and personalization of marketing activities.
- Collaborate closely with international teams across Sales, eCommerce, Product, Data, and external partners to implement data‑driven strategies.
What makes you stand out
- Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing, or comparable qualification.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, ideally within a marketing or digital environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Solid experience with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, Tag Manager).
- Confidence working with SQL and basic knowledge of Python.
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, performance marketing, and digital business models.
- Structured, independent, and solution‑oriented work style with a strong focus on quality.
- Clear and confident communicator who can present data‑driven insights to various audiences.
- Very good German and English language skills.
