Responsibilities

• In the role of Product Owner, you will be responsible for the DKV Maps application and related geodata services (e.g. telematics, points of interest).
• You record and evaluate the product requirements of DKV’s internal stakeholders and maintain regular dialogue with end users.
• You further develop the product strategy, taking into account the corporate strategy, and translate it into a concrete plan.
• The independent development of user stories, the prioritisation of the backlog and the acceptance of the sprint results are part of your daily tasks. You will regularly report on progress to all stakeholders.
• You will work closely with the international, remote development teams and take responsibility for them both technically and strategically. You will also liaise closely with the product owners in other areas.
• You are the central point of contact for all maps-related questions.
• You will also be responsible for carrying out analyses and creating user tests using common methods.

Qualifications

• You have a business or technical degree or comparable qualifications.
• You have several years of experience in digital product management – preferably in a B2B environment.
• You have experience with digital geo/maps services.
• You are familiar with agile software development methods and remote teams.
• You have very good conceptual and analytical skills.
• You have strong communication skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Your excellent German language skills are complemented by a very good command of English.
