• Yo analyze key metrics, trends, and deviations and derive actionable recommendations from yor findings.
• Yo create meaningfl reports and insights for management and stakeholders.
• Yo actively shape and continosly improve reporting processes, data flows, and interfaces.

• Yo spport and train sers while fostering a data-driven mindset across the organization.
